Nadia has always had a love for music showing signs from 4 months old, fascinated in where music was being played from. Growing up in a musical household Nadia was besotted by her parent’s vinyl collection and love for music, where they both enjoy 80s/90s Funk, Soul, Disco, House and Garage. There was always vintage audio equipment including boomboxes and turntables at home where Nadia learnt how to fix speakers using components to build amplifier boards. 

From ages 6 to 15 Nadia attended Sylvia Young Musical Theatre School, Brit School and Italia Conti for Saturday classes in Classical Piano, Singing and Ballet. At 12 years old she was invited by her singing teacher to record her own demos at ‘ID Audio’ Recording Studio, her first experience in a studio. She completed her ABRSM Music Theory Grades 5 to 7 from 2012 to 2014. In her teenage years Nadia created mix CDs and practised DJing on her father’s Vestax CDX-12. She taught herself how to DJ professionally in 2015 using her father’s 1980s Technics 1210 Turntables and Traktor Scratch Pro 2.

Nadia studied at SAE Institute, London in 2015 and was awarded a 2.1 BA Honours Audio Production & Engineering Degree in 2017. She studied Acoustics, Mixing, Mastering, Multimedia Sound for TV, Film and Games using Pro Tools, SSL and Neve Mixing Consoles. Nadia was the first student to host a show on the university’s radio station, ‘EGM Electro’ teaching herself to produce and present her own shows.
Nadia started working as a Full Time Freelance Sound Engineer for companies including Boiler Room, Defected Records, Red Bull, Keep Hush, Nike, NTS, iD and Worldwide FM. 

In June 2018 Nadia Co-Founded her club event ‘Lucidé’ combing Club Culture with Live Music playing House and Rare Groove. Lucidé supports the creative community providing a platform for rising talented artists through DJ Competitions.
